Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal notice applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB who have concluded a contract for services by means of distance communication or outside business premises (§ 312g BGB).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

No particular form is required. You may use a letter, an email or the model withdrawal form set out below; using the form is not mandatory. For easier proof we recommend a communication in text form.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Performance starts before the end of the withdrawal period only at your express request. We inform you about the obligation to pay such compensation before performance begins and document your request in text form.

In the case of a contract for the supply of services, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract (§ 356 (4) BGB).

For contracts concluded neither at a distance nor outside business premises, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
